Unlike regular coffee, Menengiç coffee is not made from coffee beans. Instead, it is prepared from carefully roasted seeds of the wild pistachio tree (Pistacia terebinthus), a traditional ingredient from Southeastern Anatolia that has been enjoyed for generations.
